Determination
Determination …… something all of us have found inside ourselves. Determination to take the first step on informing ourselves about this protocol. Determination to take the second step and order what we need to begin. Determination to take the third and (for me) the scariest step of mixing and injecting the protocol. And the determination to stick to the process to its glorious conclusion.
Like this beautiful horse’s determination and focus to dance her beautiful dressage movements, we too can train ourselves to stay in step with the beat of our own drum. And with determination and focus comes our ability. And with ability comes results, and through results we meet our goals. And there, in our met goals, exists our personal trophies and accolades.
So here I am again, at the beginning of another round of Phase 2. Tomorrow begins my first day of loading, something I am having mixed feelings about. I have changed how I eat and to spend two days attempting to get fats into my system seems to go against how I eat. But …. that being said ….. I am thrilled to begin eliminating those 15 to 20 pounds of unusable stored brown fat that I have been packing around for too many decades.
Yesterday, I had 4 breakfast patties for lunch along with ice tea. For dinner I had two slices of Spinach and Mushroom Pizza and ice tea. I walked my walk of 2 and 1/2 hours at 3.3 miles per hour on a 4.5% incline.
Onward!! Life is Sweet!!!
Jenn ~ So you have a birthday in a few days?? Is that March 1st or 2nd? My birthday is Feb. 28th. We Pisces are a unique clan ….. not that I have to tell you.
I am a big fan of your blog, and know that you are going through your bored funk. I certainly went through that too. But like a stall, this too will pass. Go easy on Ed, some of us men lead by following their woman.
I am getting excited about starting my last round, and actually looking forward to the food ….. or lack of it.
